In five years since its launch, New English Ballet Theatre (NEBT) has proved a refreshing addition to the UK ballet scene, performing in West End theatres to critical acclaim. Neo-classical in outlook and musically strong, the company’s mission is to nurture talent and promote the careers of emerging ballet dancers, choreographers, designers and musicians.

For 2016, founder and Artistic Director Karen Pilkington-Miksa is putting together a programme of new ballets and popular pieces from NEBT‘s repertoire to be performed by the company’s twelve-strong troupe of outstanding dancers.  New work is being specially commissioned from soloist with the Royal Ballet Marcelino Sambé,  Daniela Cardim Fonteyne (former Dutch National Ballet) and George Williamson (English National Ballet’s Associate Choreographer).
