C-12 Dance Theatre "Watson" © Daniel D. Moses

Known for accessible performances which don’t compromise on quality, C-12 Dance Theatre blends high energy dance with theatrical narrative to educate and inspire audiences.

Currently in development, C12’s next piece of dance theatre is Watson, a mid-large scale interdisciplinary production inspired by Arthur Conan-Doyle’s famous characters Sherlock Holmes and his sidekick John Watson.  Plans are to surround the performance area with giant video screens and place the audience inside the action.  With state of the art video technology and a specially commissioned score featuring live music, the aim is to bring the audience up close to C-12‘s fast paced theatrical choreography as they immerse themselves in the tense narrative (based on Conan Doyle’s Sherlock novel The Empty House).   The company is currently seeking expressions of interest from promoters with a view to produce Watson for a tour in autumn 2016 and spring 2017.
